Should I get central air or a heat pump?
If you also want to cut your heating bills, a heat pump cools like central air and heats in winter too. We’ll lay out both options.
How often should central air be serviced?
Once a year, ideally in spring before you need it.
My AC runs but the house stays warm. Why?
Often a dirty coil or filter, low refrigerant or a failing part. Book a repair visit and we’ll track it down.

Who installs it decides your warranty
Lots of people install heat pumps around here without any papers. Many manufacturers only honour their warranty when the system goes in by a qualified technician, so a cheap install can cost you a lot more later.
